| Too often we hear exasperated tales about meagre
or badly presented house details being sent by agents or, indeed, no information
being sent at all. We work hard to provide full information and as many
photographs as possible. Soon we hope to be able to provide professionally
presented floor plans. In any event, if you want more information or more
photographs, contact us and again, where possible, we will respond the
day we receive your request.
We have both English and French people working in the office who are
there to provide a professional and personal service. We understand that
house hunting trips to France are both tiring and expensive and we do
not want you to waste your time or money. So, we make sure that we talk
at length to you before the trip so that any houses seen through us will
match as close as possible your search criteria. When we are looking
at houses together, you will be given as much of our time as you need.
We will not rush you, we prefer you to do the driving as we often need
to read maps and tell you about the area! |

| If you find your dream house through us, we aim to make
the whole process as smooth and as painless as possible. Again,
we pride ourselves on our ability to understand your situation. We will put you in touch with the relevant professionals. We have contacts for surveyors, notaires, insurers, builders etc. Most of these are English or English speaking, but if you need us to translate we are there on hand to help out. We will come with you to the signing of the compromis de vente and the acte de vente. We will also make sure that you are aware of the legal and tax implications of your purchase. We do not give such advice ourselves; we are neither qualified nor insured to do so. However, we work with Kingsfords Solicitors who are a company who specialise in legal advice, translations, inheritance and tax advice. Immediately after the sale, we will organise the services to be transferred to your names and we will notify the service providers of the metre readings. We will help get you connected to the Internet and help you open a bank account and organise direct debits for your service payments etc. All these services are included in the agent’s fee that you pay on completion. You will not be charged a further additional fee as you would be with some of our competitors. |

| Very often after completion buyers need to carry out work
to a property. For example, they may want to install a swimming pool, build
an extension or put in windows. We can help out with these requests. We
can recommend the necessary workmen and will translate where necessary.
We do charge for this work but we will agree a fee in advance to commensurate
with what is involved. |
